I think the last QB that was drafted that high and didn't play was the Packers QB Love but that's kind of been their thing
I forgot Foles was there. I remember hearing how he didn't want traded back to Eagles. I assumed it was because he just didn't want to keep moving his family around

Not really. He a rookie. He might be more physically gifted than dalton...but the mental part and adjusting to the speed of NFL could take time.
