Giants CB DeAndre Baker and Seahawks CB Quinton Dunbar have turned themselves in to police on armed robbery charges. Lawyers for both players say they have affidavits from witnesses exonerating Baker and Dunbar of wrongdoing.

Rooney rule was intended to at least get us in the room. Cause before we werent even given opportunities to interview for these positions

there just arent any safegaurds to prevent the “check in the box” process a lot of teams are doing instead of actually giving a qualified minority a real chance at getting the job.

NFL is a good ol boys club like most major industries where you see the same guys recycled.

Where change really needs to happen is more blacks and other minorities in Coordinator positions...specifically OC....those guys are usually promoted to HC faster than a DC....especially now that the league leans more toward the offense in play, pace and rules.

like the brotha thats the OC for the Chiefs. I hope he gets a shot to be a HC.
