If its really about a black person being a coordinator then I'm going to need someone to explain why the black OC of one of the top offenses in the league gets passed up for a HC job for a white guy who's top position was special teams coach.
It's not about the position the black person holds the team owner and GM has to be open to really giving a black person that job and so far no matter what majority of them not willing to do that.
