he has had terrible coaches and OL

he has all the physical tools to be a competent starter

Too bad physical tools mightbe one of the least important tools to be a GREAT QB

This here...if you ain't got the IQ and awareness, I don't care how far you can throw it. QB might be the most mental position in all major sports. With the proper mechanic adjustments and exercises, you can improve things like arm strength and foot speed. But it's very difficult to fix stupid, stupid is too harsh. Some people just cant process information at the pace that good QBs do. Processing speed, helps decision making bc you see your options faster. I can see a rookie or 2nd year QB improving year to year, due to acclimating to NFL from college game, but this dude on his 5th year..
