Winston will light you up and give you a few gifts.

I think coaching would do him wonders
They just gotta change up the scheme a lil, more I formation, single back with two tight ends. More diversity in the play calling with more options to deliver the ball to. More check down options. He gets bored on long drives almost..have more options to get the ball out of his hands quicker to have someone do the work.

He waits till guys are obviously open to pass the ball, and then for some reason at the same time, throws balls to guys that arent open at all. Give him an obvious open like Carolina does with CM.

it would help if the nigga wasnt always on the run for his life

you cant be drafting "franchise qbs" and never make any significant investments in the OL that's supposed to protect them
I don’t know if this is the case with Winston, but a good OL can make a subpar QB look great.

As an FSU fan (as well as @Lord Nemesis), we know this is who Jameis is as far as the turnovers are concerned, BUT the Bucs line needs to be upgraded and he needs a real running game to lessen his throws and to control the clock due to their secondary being utter trash (Winston usually has to throw too much due to them having to stay in the game/come from behind). Peyton Barber is a 3rd string caliber RB & Ronald Jones has looked better as of late, but he's struggled for the most part of his short career so far.

The Bucs aren't good @ pass pro or run blocking and that's obviously not a good recipe. Jameis' main two problems is his long wind-up throwing mechanics and looking for the big play to often and not taking what's given, but there are other factors @ play here.

fuck outta here Winston is a poor decision maker on and off the football field.

any GM who gives this dude a chance just waiting to get fired
Thats what I'm saying, hes skilled..but limit amount of decisions he has to make.

Every player you got wont be the complete player that the best players at that position are. A good coach..member back in the day when vince young was tearing things up?

Jeff Fisher constructed an offense that hid his flaws and amplified his attributes. Merrill Hodge was on NFL gameday or something and noted that this was the case. Vince caught feelings cause he actually thought he was that good.

And lobbied for a more exposed offensive scheme. They appeased him and we know what happened. Its ok..the best QB of all time had a structured scheme to hide his flaws. The west coast offense was created for him.
