They can survive w/o him for a little bit (about a week into the season) luckily mahinmi and Bryant are there to kinda help with rim protection and rebounding
Wiz have their best team from a depth standpoint in years so they should be fine

the pels pace last night was insane!!! I imagine things are going to look a lot better once rotations are set and chemistry continues to develop
they are still plagued by the lack of 3pt shooting. If they are going to take another step, this HAS to be addressed.

I was gonna post this yesterday. From what I understand the Wolves wanted to swap Butler with Middleton straight up.
Bucks said no.
Either they just dont want to pay Butler 200 mil, but the real reason is Butler probably told them he wouldnt resign.

A lot to watch for tonight but Im going to be paying close attention to the back up center battle
Apparently Nene(if he stays on the team) is only going to be used in spot minutes against certain matchups and right now Isaiah Hartenstein has the inside track for the backup center role ahead of Zhou Qi and Chriss
Also want to see what we can do with MCW, heard he put in a lot of work on his shooting this summer and I still like his defensive potential

Harden is an average defender when hes trying, and his effort has been good the last two years but its hard to always try, so he has lapses. Its not a big deal when he is surrounded by a great on ball defending guard, a great wing defender, and an elite rim protector.
Melo was never a good defender but he really hit rock bottom on defense last year. Im Melos biggest supporter and it was just hard to watch. Im expecting Melo to be even worse this year.
With Melo out there, not only will Melos defense be exploited but Hardens defense will get worse.
On most nights yall gonna be so good offensively its not gonna matter.
Against Elite teams, yall gonna struggle on defense, especially against gsw because the switching that made yall so effective against them is gonna be impossible because Capella wont be able to leave Cousins with a smaller defender.
That's legit the only weakness yall have. But its a big one.

That's the reason why I dont see Melo closing games, especially against elite teams, and it will be legit impossible against the warriors.
Yall remember how KD was only effective when he could force Harden to switch on him in the wcf? Imagine if Melo is out there, with Harden, and Boogie forcing Capella to stay with him.
