We will be fine on Defense when Lonzo comes back. He is the best defender on the team.
Speaking of best defender on the team, Ingram has so much potential in that aspect. Hopefully he steps it up.

Rajon Rondo says Brandon Ingram is a 'better defensive player than I thought'
TEMECULA, Calif. -- The Los Angeles Lakers have repeatedly praised Rajon Rondo for the level of communication he's brought to training camp. At Sunday's shootaround ahead of the Lakers' preseason opener against the Denver Nuggets, Rondo offered up praise of his own -- rather than instruction -- for L.A. forward Brandon Ingram.
"He's a lot better defensive player than I thought," Rondo said of the young player entering his third season. "You don't think much of him as a defensive player, at least I didn't, but for this team in particular it's big for us. He should lead us in steals, deflections, blocks. He can do it all. Switch 1 through 5. I'm very impressed by the way he plays defensively. He's only getting stronger.
"He's 21 years old, so like I said he's definitely one of, should be one of the next best defensive players we have in our league."

Speaking of the Nuggets, I don't want to put too much stock in a single pre season game but Jamal Murray looked real good last night.
The Nuggets are a team with a lot of young talent, if one of them puts it all together this year, they can potentially be as high as a 5th seed this season.

Denver is going to be good and will probably have a top 5 offense however I still dont how they're going to defend (specifically on the perimeter)...but having Milsap back and healthy should help at least a little on defense

It looked like we had a lot of youngins. Haha.
But I liked that they played hard. Not gonna put too much stock in a pre season game but they looked like they had some grit.

I'm glad Fitz seems to have their trust and they came in shape this season. As long as the young guys show growth and continue to get minutes I don't care about wins or losses. I definitely want to see more Frank, Knox, Mitch, and Hen together though.
