The draft is June 20, 2019 and July 1 is when the Pelicans can offer him the Supermax. Doubt they trade him before then. So those 4 picks are not in play.

And even if they are in play, right now those picks are projected to be 13th, 18th, 22nd and 23rd.

If he asks to leave then they probably move him sooner then later imo and unless they make a trade for another star player(highly unlikely) AD aint signing shit. I personally think they wait until the Summer to move him tho.

As for the picks Memphis and Sacramento are at this moment out of the playoffs which would result in those picks being in the 12-14 range. Id say a package of Tatum and 2 lottery picks is more then enough to swing a trade.
Throw in Horford to make the numbers work.
