That's not an opinion. He went from one to 7 on Kiper's board. I don't do mock drafts and all that, but Oliver is clearly holding himself out to protect his draft status. Problem is he plays in the AAC and his numbers are inflated for that very reason. He needs to be proving himself week in and out.

His talent and skills have not changed one bit since he didn’t play against Tulane
