Eat bananas for potassium and drink plenty water.

If you don’t like bananas then get potassium naturally thru another source.

Otherwise see a nutritionist.

I eat a banana every morning and take two potassium tabs before bed every night. I can still get cramps in my legs once in a blue.

Pinktoe hoe at the gym today ain't wipe down not na'an machine she used. I was gonna say something but decided that she was short and white and I'm big, tall, and Black and that confrontation had entirely too many ways to go sideways.
 
Melatonin helps but the body can develop a tolerance.

Perhaps it’s time to meet with a doctor.


I did use melatonin and it did help but I don’t want to have to rely on it every night

I am seeing a doctor for a check up
