I think someone else mentioned it, but if he’s going to do it anyway, should do it just before Trump’s speech and step all over it. Media already cares more about Biden’s decision than the assassination attempt.

He just rocking it now to draw attention and remind people of the assassination attempt because nobody even talking about it any more.
 
If Vice President Kamala Harris is on top of that Democratic Ticket in November, President Trump is going to win and whoop that ass in the Presidential Election
