Honestly what’s happening right now is that the powers that be rather talk about we need to reverse the racist policies that got us to this point
Which is true in theory but ain’t doing shit bout what’s happening right now
The city is short 2000 policemen and those working are demoralized cuz they feel like city hall ain’t got their backs and often times cases are dropped or lessened after they go to the trouble of catching criminals
There’s a no chase policy
The no cash bail shit is wild cuz recently a couple of guys committed murders while out thanks to the no cash bail shit
I personally know like 5 guys who should be serving serious time right now but are out due to the lax punitive system we currently have here and guess what they up to
I’m saying all that to say this shit starts at home, raise ur kids right
