No, if you love someone, you let them suffer the consequences of their fate in order to take care of those that haven't had a chance.

If momma and daddy fucked around at 18, and struggled all their life then that's on them.

Kids get traumatized by poverty and then believe it's on them to uplift their whole entire bloodline. Then we wonder why we got teenage drug dealers in the 80s after the Civil Rights Generation squandered the sacrifices of their forefathers and foremothers.

There's folks taking care of parents and trying to put their own kids through college.

How you gonna raise a nation of a functional group of people if they are constantly reaching back to take care of motherfuckers that ain't worth it?

Caring for someone is something you do out of your own personal power, generosity and mercy. You do it to temper your own aggression in materialistic pursuits. You do it so you won't become a black hole that only takes.

You don't do it because you love them and you feel obligated.

I say fuck 'em.

Obligation only leads to regret, spitefulness and disappointment.

lol. They couldn’t shoot.

That’s why the “defense” is so overrated.

Bad offensive players was all over the league.

Who couldn't shoot? The shooters back then could shoot just like the shooters now. No, the enforcers, rebound specialists, and defensive specialists couldn't shoot, but they weren't trying to shoot either. And saying the defense was overrated because some players couldn't shoot is stupid. That literally means that the actual offensive players had it harder back then. If a team only had two or three offensive players on the floor at any given time, the other team could apply more attention and manpower to those specific players. That's why you seen niggas like MJ and Kobe always having to contend with multiple players when they weren't moving off the ball versus a lot of players now being able to play Iso.

This isn't even debatable. One of the things modern fans are always talking about how spread out the defense has to be now. You can't believe that and then turn around and act like the offensive players don't benefit from it.

Let this go.

This can’t be your take to believe that lol

Man stfu. Asians take care of old folks all the time. Like what are you talking about

Asians are also the richest demographic in the West and run developed countries.

Their parenting produces children that have more than enough.

At the same time, this current generation of young Asians aren't taking care of their parents either and ain't doing the biological ponzi scheme.

Because the previous generations failed.

Like I said, it's a demonstration of power, not an obligation.
