lol What about that clip suggests the white dude was the aggressor? He was on the defensive. Unless I missed something, the black dude was the first one to throw a punch. That said, I wouldn't doubt the white dude said something out of pocket which led to the fight.

In all seriousness though, I don't know if that would have been considered self-defense. Laws can be weird from place to place, but in a lot of cases, you can't just put someone's life in danger and then walk away. It was probably best for him to help the dude out to avoid any potential blowback. Courts aren't a black man's friend even when the law is on his side.

When the camera came on it shows the black dude throwing the first punch which I suspect came in defense of him being punched or provoked. Their mannerisms along with the fact he was compassionate enough to pick up his op tells me he probably didn't start the shit. Id say its a 60% chance he didn't start it

Yeah, saying the vid shows the white dude as the aggressor is wrong, but I agree with your breakdown.
 
In DC for the week at a conference

These restaurants out their damn minds adding a "fair market" fee to make up for not paying higher wages for staff

I wouldn't even wanna own a restaurant at this point
