Welcome To aBlackWeb

Scorned woman kidnaps her Bfs alleged side chick & takes her on wild ride while on Facebook Live...

Yeah...I'd cheat on her azzz to.

Another open & shut case for the prosecutors

Was there a gun involved? How you get kidnapped and just sitting in the backseat? I would have snapped her neck when she stopped at a light or something.

And she got an accomplice, the broad holding the phone when she got out the ride to beat ole girl in the back seat. That chick finna catch a pair of accessory charges, and since main catching a kidnapping charge one of her accessory charges will be a felony.

Another case of dumb ass niggas doing dumb ass nigga shit.

Those were my thoughts exactly. Everybody talking about what the main idiot was doing. She put the work into to get whatever big time charges she gets. The chick riding with her is the real dummy. She bought to catch some heavy charges too all because she rather go along with her dumbass friend and giggle instead of talking some sense into her. She better hope she not in one of those states with those "Hand of one, hand of all" laws or she's going to basically get the same thing the other chick gets.

She could have pulled the seat handle and had that bitch folded in half with her head on the dashboard feeling stupid.

I know about it because my racist shit hole of a home state in its effort to be the worst state in the country was basically the state that really made those laws a thing.

“Hand of one is hand of all” is a theory, whereby all those who participate in a crime become guilty as the actual wrong doer. In other words act of one is considered act of all. This is a accomplice liability theory.

"One who joins with another to accomplish an illegal purpose is liable criminally for everything done by his confederate incidental to the execution of the common design and purpose."[State v. Curry, 370 S.C. 674, 684 (S.C. Ct. App. 2006)].

This was further expanded by the Supreme Court of South Carolina in State v. Kelsey, 331 S.C. 50, 76-77, 502 S.E.2d 63, 76 (1998),where it was held that “if a crime is committed by two or more persons who are acting together in the commission of a crime, then the act of one is the act of both."

SC isn't the only state that has those laws. I think quite a few of them have them to some degree. Like say you rob a bank and one of your accomplices kills a teller. The argument is that if you commit armed robbery, you do so understanding that someone being hurt or killed is a probable outcome, so you take responsibility for whatever happens in the commission of the crime.

I always assumed every state had a law like that on the books. That's why if you in a car that gets stopped and they find the work in the trunk everybody gets arrested unless one person takes the fall for it.

One of my cousins did 6 months for some shit like that.

Yeah if you're driving the and laughing during a kidnapping and assault you're not getting no "i was in the wrong place at the wrong time" charges. The driver was a kidnapper as well - she just better hope she gets charged by the state and not the feds.

I'm pretty sure everyone gets taken to the precinct no matter what state you're in, but I don't think everyone in the car catches the same charge in every state.

is anyone watching this case?

we need to start watching some of these cases.

I think it stays a state-level crime until you cross state lines, then it becomes federal. I'd have to double check that but if memory serves me that's how it works.

I know some of these super overly pro-black niggas probably want this chick to beat the case since the victim is white, but people like this really just need to disappear from the community altogether.
