I don't understand ya'll sometimes. Ya'll believe most whites are racist at heart. A white person basically comes out and says he did some racist shit and was wrong for it. And y'all want to act like it's some big surprise that should be acted on. This is some shit he did years ago, and he told the story, I presume, to acknowledge racism's existence and how bad it can be. He stated he acted wrongly. What exactly should we be punishing him for? Having racist thoughts? Having acted based on racist motivations in the past? Admitting to all that? What's the end goal here? Do you guys want to punish white from coming to grips with their own racism and then renouncing it because that's basically what you're doing now.
 
Maybe it's just me but I pick things that actually matter to be outraged about. This goofy shit don't matter to me.

The dude opened the door for the conversation. He's saying what we as black people already knew was true, but for them the messenger matters and he's the right kinda messenger. If taking him down for attempting to start the conversation is the right thing, then answer the question I asked the other niggas. What do we get out of it? How does it help us? If it's just being petty, is that really better than getting the ignorant ass CaCs to see the error in their ways and move away from it?
 
Why is our offense looked at as petty. You acting like we saying lets beat his ass. And this bullshit about white people needing somebody to make them comfortable with their white guilt is also stupid. They created and enforced a long term system that did exactly what it was supposed to do.

I think most are fine and aware of their racism tho.
