In the book he has one eye hence the whole crow eye thing and the different sigil aint got the eye patch and the mystery behind it. He seened closer in age to Balon. On the show he looks like Theon older brother. Way more ruthless all his crew is mute. He got a dragon horn. On the show he does not really standout to me.

But the show kind of didn't really cover the Ironborn like that nor Dorne. I guess its a budget thing.
