Creepiest ghost by far was the one that haunted Luke. The one with the hat and cane. Scene where Luke was a kid and the ghost came floating in to get his hat was creepy af

The transition to past to present in the story telling is flawless. One little word or action can trigger a flashback transition. The director might win something for this

This was a good show/series a few little jump scares here and there. the scariest one when they was riding in the car and ol girl popped up out of nowhere screaming. Not gonna lie that caught me off guard LMAO a nigga was shook.
The good..................story telling, character development, and way they shot the film.
The bad....................wasn't scary except one scene, pacing was slow, the older dad character just pissed me off he was way too weak, they didn't really say why the house did what it did, and the ending could've been longer.

This shit is great. The casting is perfection. Legit feels and looks like a real family, they resemble their child looks as adults and look like siblings. The young father was looking mad familiar n I told my wife that was Elliot from ET and I was right. I love that this isn’t dependent on scares, it does it just right. Shit is eerie as fuck, just the right tone and pacing. The back and forth between past/present is done very, very well.

Shits crazy, the director directed, wrote and produced every episode. There were more writers too of course, but that's a hell of a task for one guy. He did an amazing job though, I'm gonna have to look up the other stuff hes done.
