If The Writers & Directors Are White, Is It A Black Show/Movie?

Setting has never been nominated for a best actor award.
Neither was McNulty

Unless you count the Crime Thriller Awards of 2008 & 2009

Which is crazy considering.... Not yeah no major awards

My entire point is while he was a major character in the series ..... The focus was never on him. He was a plot device. The entire point of the show was the different angles of corruption in the city, and McNulty was only used as a tool to tell that story.

The belief that Baltimore was the main character will forever be more accurate because the city was shown from different angles.. and different perspectives, different eyes... It wasn't just what McNulty saw.. Cuz he was never the focus
It's what the viewers saw from how it was all connected through different parts of the city.

Like I get how y'all stupid ass niggas think it was a show about a cop.

But anyone who's not a fucking idiot, can see it was a show about a city.

Fucking dumb asses

You trying to give a HS English class lesson in a country where 1 in 7 adults are functionally illiterate. Where people don't know the subject from the predicate. This legit may be above some brain power levels

Ain't nobody in here stupid so you clowns really need to stop because people don't agree with your takes. Grow the fuck up

I think people are getting their terminology mixed up.

The corruption in the city of Baltimore is the overall............"theme"..........of the show.

A character in a show............main or otherwise..........can only be a person.

Therefore, the city can't be a character on the show...........it can only be a theme.
