Vince Russo will be releasing a book about his time in TNA in the summer of 2026, PWInsider.com has learned.

The book will be titled Total Nonstop Agony: The Rise and Fall of TNA.

Promotional material for the book notes it "picks up Russo’s story as he begins work with the upstart TNA, where the daily drama proved greater than ever. The storylines here feature an indecisive millionaire southern belle, Dixie Carter, who cared more about her image then her wrestling company; the demise of his friendship with his best friend, Wrestling Superstar Jeff Jarrett; the network executives at Spike TV, who understood very little about the business they were in; and the return of his mortal enemies from WCW, Eric Bischoff and Hulk Hogan. Russo’s TNA stories are epic, and many have never been told before. The politics, runaway egos, backstabbing, and underhandedness make the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills look like Little Women."

ECW Press will be publishing the book, we are told.

Note from Mike: Russo has blamed the end of his TNA run on this website reporting that he was working for TNA in June 2014 after he publicly denied that was the case. Despite his denials, Russo accidentally emailed this reporter production notes for TNA TV, which we then reported on. Russo then claimed on his social media that he purposely sent the notes to get us to publish lies, but in the end, then-TNA management order Russo to apologize to this website and admit he was working for them. Russo published an apology on his then-website and deleted it hours later. His run as a consultant ended one month later.

FIGHTFUL-

Joe Hendry’s days in TNA are pretty well over.

Sources in TNA confirmed to Fightful Select this week that former TNA Joe Hendry is effectively done with the company in an official capacity. Hendry hasn’t been seen in weeks, but has been featured on NXT TV for quite some time. There's good reason for that -- he's officially a WWE Superstar.

Hendry is not listed internally to appear on this weekend’s TNA shows, though people we spoke to said it wouldn’t be a surprise to see him drop by backstage as he’s living in the area. Hendry was not booked for TNA Bound For Glory and was not backstage, which surprised a number of people we spoke to.

WWE sources confirmed that Hendry is effectively full-time with WWE at this point and officially with the company, and had been someone they wanted to bring in for quite some time. Shawn Michaels had been vocal about how much he liked Joe Hendry, and wanted WWE to try to buy out his TNA deal. There are actually a number of months that remained on his TNA contract, but he’s now with WWE moving forward.

Throughout the process of navigating both companies, Hendry used representation to amicably move forward in his future with WWE.

Sports Illustrated's Jon Alba reported earlier this year Hendry was expected to join WWE.
