Woman Gets Hit With A Brick After Not Giving Guy Her Number: Update, turns herself in to police after story was found to be not true

all this cuz i said 10 years in prison for lying about getting hit with a brick was crazy.

There people out here scamming millions, get caught and get like 3- 4 years, but she needs 10 for this?

#1: The length of her sentence is determined by how much she scammed.
#2: Pretty sure the judge was made aware of her previous scams and took it into consideration that she does this habitually.
#3: As of right now, she's only doing a 90 day bid in county. The 10 years is if she fucks up on probation. They cut her some slack in this regard, 'cause they really could have just locked her away for a decade without giving her probation at all.

And them dudes that's scamming millions and ruining people's lives should be in jail for more than 3 or 4 years too, but that's irrelevant because she's not actually getting any time.

She didn't get 10 years in prison she got 90 days and a chance to put her head down and get her shit together.

Nah. She got hit with a plastic water bottle after she slapped someone then later injected her face with saline to make her face look swollen

Her social media presence was used to scam people for money, that's a fair deal. Shit, hackers can get completely banned from the internet and that's been a thing for years so this really ain't shit.

Only one aggy is you sir. She never has to do 10 years. Ask yourself if she'd prefer a 10 year social media ban or 3-4 years in prison like you suggest would be more reasonable. She was done a solid after wrongfully accusing someone of assault with a deadly weapon and subsequently scamming hundreds of people behind it. She simply has to follow the rules of her probation. Its people in prison rn for less. She's not a victim here.

And i never suggested she do 3-4 years in prison. i made a comparison.

my point was 10 years for violating a social media bad seemed excessive. i can think shes guilty but think the sentence was excessive.
