I watch what I eat for lunch purposely to avoid it but still happens from time to time. I remember when I started in my trade.. poop time happening I dip back to the hotel but you can’t always do that for all job locations or companies so I just learned to deal with all the terribleness of a porta John, so days be long 12+ hours no way you holding that especially w/ a physical job… diarrhea comes knocking you got 30 seconds to make a move 😩
