I don't know what their arguments are exactly so I can't defend of refute anything. Like, being empathetic to a weak-willed person isn't the worst thing. I can't absolve her of responsibility though, that's a bridge too far. If the freak offs are her trauma, she played an active role in it according to her words. But it can also be reasonable that @AP3.0 and them can look at that and feel bad for her a bit, I can't knock them for that.
