These was perfect. I read some of the comments on Amazon, and how folks was complaining about the white backin. They was sxpecting the whole thing to be clear.

Started running the power cord for the Switch 1st. Mainly b/c there was an extension cord plugged up behind the fireplace. I did not know my contractor put one there. But damn sho glad he did...

Next was the HDMI cable. Bought a 20ft one. Cuz I had to plug it to the TV, then kinda maneuver the wire to slide thru the bigger hole that's behind the TV. That was a hassle. Only b/c...I didn't feel like taking the tv down to do all that.

Alright I’m finally done!

Dug up this gravel stepping stone situation that came with the house and laid grass.

Used than dirt to extend my flower bed to the side of my house.

Not pictured: Dug up a big ass bush so the plants I planted on the side can be seen from the street. I hate having this big tree in front of my house because it sheds leaves year round and falls into my flower bed and makes it look a mess. However, I’m slowly accepting it. I may eventually get it cut down.

This ain't really "home improvement" per se, but if you live in an area that has frequent power outages during heavy rain storms let me introduce you to this little life saver:

Basically, you take the battery from your drill, mower/trimmer/leaf blower/whatever, plug it in here, and you get a 120V power source that can run, say, your internet modem/gateway, a small TV, charge/run your laptop, phone, etc. They also make these for their 40V line of batteries. I have their 18v stuff with two 1.5Ah batteries, a 2.0Ah, and a 6Ah joint. Picked up two of 'em during our last outage last week. Haven't had a chance to use 'em yet 'cause the moment I set the bag down on the floor with these in it the power came back on.

$50 each at Home Depot.

So I want to revamp my son's bedroom. This is my inspo since he's into gaming...

So I'm like 90% done with the kiddos room. I'm debating on getting him a new bed and I'm waiting new curtains and desk. Don't pay attention to the nigga rigged footboard, my son plays his meta quest in here and smacks his hands on the bed. Also my boy pulled a damn near 24 hr day living his best 9 year old life and finally crashed out like 10 minutes ago...

I can tell you’re a dope mom.

Being a homeowner is fucking expensive

I spend so much money on little shit like outlets and covers for them on the exterior.

Got a whole side of my house that don't work cause I think too much moisture got into the sockets over time. You think my daughter gonna notice and say "thanks Dad for making sure I got power when I plug things up outside"

Nope 🥹
