I don't think Norman ever really intended to fight Boots lol. That was all press just to get people to google who he was and get his name out there by way of using Boots. How do you pass up on your biggest payday and a chance at unification and stardom headlining an event, just to fight on Keyshawn's undercard? Lol. Just silly as hell.

Norman & Boots just signed new w/ promotional companies.. You really think Top Rank Rank or Matchroom want that tough of fight to happen this early in the deal.. They probably want to give them some relatively easy to build them both before either company agrees to that fight…
