I cooked a variety of different things today to meal prep for the week. I only took pictures of the vegetable beef soup.

I dont eat pork so I gotta ask do italian sausages always look like that when you cooking them? Joints look like they got a rubber band around them

I dont think he removed the casing . Looks lile he chopped them up with the casing still on.

Didnt cook for the superbowl. We just catered from "granny's restaurant" , a local spot in owings mills, md.

First time having it. Was good. The gritts with crab and shrimp was hitting.
