he’ll be conflicted until elimination chamber where he costs sami the title vs roman, which will lead to him and owens taking the titles from the usos at mania

This shit could potentially backfire on HHH if he does it. Anybody remember Royal Rumble 2014? Then... it could be a way that it can work where if KO/Sami beat the Usos at WrestleMania for the Tag Titles, Sami would be added into the Cody/Roman match on Night 2 of WM. Or depending on what happens at EC that could play a factor into Sami getting another shot at Reigns.
