Jazz not trading him right now
If it’s not now it’ll be before the next season ends

Beverley
Mitchell
Beasley
Vanderbilt
Walker kessler
Bojan
Clarkson

not getting it done with a new rookie coach who’s an ainge guy and two of your close friends are traded from the team

jazz not gonna do what the blazers are doing

From a basketball standpoint how do you guys like Gobert in minny?

At first I thought it was the stupidest move EVER but I saw a few different analysis videos where guys were saying it was a great trade for us. He broke down the first round picks and said they won't be high picks and also said we will have the money to Max Ant,also said Gobert should help D-Lo and Ant defensively because they can gamble more.

Terrible fit imo

Impossible to win 4 rounds in the playoffs with that front court...eventually some team will go small and you'll either have to take Gobert or Towns off the court

Minnesota went full retard with that trade
Was listening to somebody go through it and I actually don’t mind it that much

Gobert raises that team’s floor to the point where the wolves should be a lock to Atleast make the playoffs for years

The Wolves beat the grizzlies in that playoff series if he was there. He’ll allow the wolves to play legitimate defense instead of the blitzing they were doing. Less defensive strain on Towns

now yeah you said teams can go small but outside of the clippers and warriors I don’t see that being an issue

it’s not going to win them anything yeah I agree but just by making them a more consistent competitive team for now and raising their ceiling a bit is enough right now

Until they can pivot again when they move D’lo or when Ant goes to the next level

Nets sure are signing a lot of wings

Now they need sum thighs...

When teams go small they'll also have to defend our bigger lineups 🤷‍♂️

If the Wolves felt like they wanted to get a traditional/defensive center I can actually understand that....but why not go get MO Bamba or Isaiah Hartenstein for cheap, you can start them and even play them 25-30 minutes a game and still not close with them

Now you have $400 Millon wrapped up in your front court for the foreseeable future

Warriors, Mavs, Clippers, Nuggets, Grizz(when Jackson is healthy) ect all can play 5 out

Teams arent going to be afraid of no damn Gobert/Towns lineup....Wolves going trading Gobert post ups for 3's and transition buckets

Listen I hear you

idk why they would invest so much

Gobert the best defensive big we’ve had in the league since Dwight, I guess if you’re Connelly you wanted to make a splash and maybe felt his rim protection would make up for the fact that teams can just play 5 out

I mean you can always play towns at the 5 at the end of games if need be but I already know it’s the whole how you gonna invest so much and then bench him thing but it’s not like it’s impossible

OR you just roll with whatever comes and you trade that for the good stuff you’re getting from Gobert like those screen assists that should open up the perimeter players a bit more in addition to everything defensively

I’m not gonna sit here and act like the wolves didn’t get better though

And maybe if you’re a wolves fan that’s all you asking for

Did you just compare Gobert to Mo Bamba and Isaiah Hartenstein ? 🙃
