But if I (hypothetically) don't mind dropping dough on chilling and getting to know a woman I find interesting and attractive...... Then I don't mind it. It's not a finesse. I actually like showing women a nice time. I'm the long run, I've bumped into plenty of women I didn't fuck, but they had a great time hanging out with when I was single.

I've even gotten in low key trouble cuz some of them still wanna hang cuz they remember having fun with me. Like that's a thing for some guys.... They like showing women a nice time.

If that's not you, and you just wanna fuck and fuck only..... Go buy it..... Buy it.... Be happy. That's your lane. Embrace it.

Like dude in the video said, if sex not involved I don't see why I'm paying for both of us. I think his attitude was that if all a woman wants to do is have a good time sans sex, she shouldn't expect a man to pay for her.

I feel safer/more secure when the man sets the tone first. It's just easier if he gets it out the way and pays so we don't have that awkward looking at the bill, we fighting over it or pulling out calculators tryna figure out who ordered what moment.

It's also fine if we do more than one thing...he get the movie tickets and I'll get snacks or something like that.

I have no problem paying for dates. Especially after the first one goes smooth.

Man miss me with all that. Spending money is apart of dating. If a woman likes you, yall are gonna have sex at some point. Where dude is going wrong is hes expecting 'I like you' treatment from a first introduction - one that he fucked up out the gate lol. If you aint got $40-50 to hit the movies, the bar, the Mexican restaurant, etc dont date.

And no im not implying he should be the only one to spend money.

this the issue. Personally I don't mind paying on the lower end but the implication of the video is that ol'boy was trying to avoid a 100$ date with the woman in the pic.

lets not pretend some women just use the dating process as means of balling on some else dime.

I'm just saying when you trying to get to know someone, why the bill gotta be on one party?

Just giving my view on why he may have said it.

If a man being upfront about his expectations is enough to turn her or any woman away, then they shouldn't go out to anyway.

He said that as respectfully as he could imo.
