That's how they rock tho; they got their business in the hood, are flush with cash, and are willing to pay more than the appraised value of the house just to get it.

they buy as big families…a group. Then save and buy as a group again.

we buy as two people. Like husband and wife.
They buy as husband, wife, and have parents and sibling help. They can outbid and create a community by outbidding everyone.
Has nothing to do with dragging our feet.
They bid over asking….that’s why the market is the way it is.

Or maybe make registration referral/invite only for a period of time.
