Or maybe he got a white realtor and staked out white land on purpose so when everything inevitably, and knowingly, fell through he knew his supporters would blame the white man and not him. After all, that’s exactly what he’s conditioned them to do.

Its not just asking for a million and getting it, it's the consequences that come with it.
It was mostly the fanbase that donated to this.
So future projects would suffer as well if this falls through.
That means financial losses and the social backlash would be heavy.
All of that compounded by the legal exposure if it did turn out to be a scam.

That versus doing another movie, book, album, or whatever other hustle already in the portfolio.
Shit that's proven to work, already familiar, that's already made millions, and is more long term.
In comparison a museum scam is small minded and not worth it.
 
The real sadness is niggas fell for this bullshit. Coulda got some Jordans some weed and chicken wings and got more out of it.
