I dont know the manufacturer off the top of my head. I wasn't around when they got ordered. It sucks because I dont have a kitchen right now. If we knew the date was gonna be pushed back, we wouldnt of begun demolition of the old equipment so early. We have all the new appliances.

Turned out real good. My house has electric only and my folks have gas burners. Have to get use to it. Burns alot faster. Burned the bottom just a little bit but it did not do any damage to the food.

Saw this store at a mall last year. The male is about 40mins away from me so I hardly go there. I thought there was a store close to me but there wasn't and it never bought anything. Fast forward now and there is finally a store near. "Pepper palace" is the name. They have some interesting seasonings im gonna try. They also have a bunch of sauces. They are mostly spicy buy they have mild as well

It use to be a place called penskeys spices. "That name may be wrong" in Memphis that sold all types of seasonings and other stuff even had a catalog you could order that was my spot. They moved but not sure where I just Google them and they still up and running here is the link. https://www.penzeys.com

I didnt cook any of this. Thought I would drop the meals and maybe spark ideas on some. I was in aruba for these meals

1. A dutch pancake with salmon. From "the dutch pancake house"


2. A raisin rum pancakes from "che bar"


3. Grouper from "o'neil Caribbean kitchen".


4. Best damn fried wings I ever had with lemon butter sauce. Have to find name of place


5. Corvina fish from "fishes and more". First time I had that type of fish
