The banter was hilarious. I laughed out loud when they killed the whole camp
HBO DC's The Suicide Squad
They was leaning towards that, but people were saying "DC movies are too dark! Lighten up and be more like a comic book. Be more fun."
This was a fantastic film. I wonder the total body count of this film. That scene where Bloodsport and Peacemaker were killing everyone in the refugee camp was pure efficiency.
I put this up there with Snyder Cut(If we counting that since it wasn't an "official" release)
I'm watching that and all I could think of is how this shit is like a video game

nah DC was doing it in a way that was too serious, no humor to it. This movie did it with humor, it wasn't taking itself too seriously.
That's because that's the tone of the Suicide Squad. Batman shouldn't really be cracking jokes
So much death in this film lol. I did not expect that opening scene on the beach where nearly the entire team A was murdered. Kinda looking forward to that Peacemaker series

The scene of the Squad killing the freedom fighters was hilarious. My son and I was cracking up 
Bro like I'm amazed at how good this movie was. Shit was fun as shit. One of the better movies I seen all year.

It was aight. Maybe if I wasn’t already kind of sleepy going into it I might have found it better. It was a fun movie but that was it. Some of the humor wasn’t all that clever.

Definitely my favorite DC movie behind the Snyder cut. The humor worked like hell in this a lot of the action scenes were dope especially Harleys escape scene.
Basically everybody who died in the beginning I expected to die.
Would have been cool to see more of weasel.
Peacemaker, king shark, and polkadot man were all hilarious.
Soundtrack was dope, as expected.
Movie really made me appreciate Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn. She wasn't bad in the first, birds of prey she seemed like she was trying too hard, but she was awesome in this.

I don't think what they did with TSS works with GOTG.
Just started a few mins, ago. Watching the scene with Idris and his daughter. He's is such a great actor, man. I almost forgot what movie I was watching, lol.

Edit 2: James Gunn is a weirdo, but he sure knows how to make a movie. Enjoyed that way more than I thought. I really hope the DCEU get's it shit together.
