HBO DC's The Suicide Squad

This was a fun movie. This is DC’s lane. Stick with the rated R movies. Blood and gore, cussing, all that. It’s a nice alternative.

They was leaning towards that, but people were saying "DC movies are too dark! Lighten up and be more like a comic book. Be more fun."

This was a fantastic film. I wonder the total body count of this film. That scene where Bloodsport and Peacemaker were killing everyone in the refugee camp was pure efficiency.

nah DC was doing it in a way that was too serious, no humor to it. This movie did it with humor, it wasn't taking itself too seriously.

Bro like I'm amazed at how good this movie was. Shit was fun as shit. One of the better movies I seen all year.

It was aight. Maybe if I wasn’t already kind of sleepy going into it I might have found it better. It was a fun movie but that was it. Some of the humor wasn’t all that clever.

And whoever said this was better than either of the GOTG is bugging, lol.

Just got back from the theater.

Definitely my favorite DC movie behind the Snyder cut. The humor worked like hell in this a lot of the action scenes were dope especially Harleys escape scene.

Basically everybody who died in the beginning I expected to die.

Would have been cool to see more of weasel.

Peacemaker, king shark, and polkadot man were all hilarious.

Soundtrack was dope, as expected.

Movie really made me appreciate Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn. She wasn't bad in the first, birds of prey she seemed like she was trying too hard, but she was awesome in this.

Was very surprised when they killed the two squad members that were a part of the original film.

Yea this was great I don't give a fuck what anyone says. I wished Guardians was r cause they could've did a lot more with that franchise.

I don't think what they did with TSS works with GOTG.

Just started a few mins, ago. Watching the scene with Idris and his daughter. He's is such a great actor, man. I almost forgot what movie I was watching, lol.

Edit: I'm officially in love with rat girl.

Edit 2: James Gunn is a weirdo, but he sure knows how to make a movie. Enjoyed that way more than I thought. I really hope the DCEU get's it shit together.

I don't think what they did with TSS works with GOTG.

I don't mean the blatant violence but the 2nd one was just way too silly for me. There were quite a bit of character moments in SS that I appreciated. In Guardians they'd try that then it's right back to jokes and more jokes.
