Amazon employees can and should unionize if they feel like its necessary. Amazon is just one of the 99% of companies...big and small...that don't want their employees apart of a union.

If you're talking about the last part of what i said...there's no shortage of competitors out there that you can buy stuff from online. So if people feel that strongly about them, they shouldnt buy from them. In some cases, you can just order first party and skip amazon. That legitimately hits amazon where it hurts.

Man, people complain about capitalism yet love to support it because of status and convience.

Like you said, if you don't like the system , don't support it. But that would mean waiting two more days for an iPhone. Niggas can't have that.

One of the reasons businesses don't like unions is because it eliminates the performance based method(but not always). They want high achievers who drive the ants and are money makers. Unions make it so that most normally promotion is seniority based which is not always the best for the business because that person may lack many skills that no matter of training will fix.

However unions are needed to protect abuse by companies who treat low level employees like trash. Which makes unions great! A number of companies have deals that managers have to leave the union to be a manager etc so they get their high achievers who don't usually enjoy being in a union in the first place, they just to be very crafty in how they are recruited and promoted.
