Social Media Is "Outraged" About Best & Worse BBQ City Rankings

Is Franklins legit? I seen something about people waiting in line for 5 hours for that shit.

Franklin's is very pricey but worth the money!!! You might not be happy paying initially but once you take that 1st bite your anger will turn into acceptance. Shit, you might even think you got a good deal. LMAO.

The best Brisket I've ever had in my life was from that place. I didn't even need sauce on any of the food. I think I tried a bit of the sauce (which was solid) but why cover up the food with that shit.

hmm....couldnt have guessed that

I just knew the mo city girl be pullin up for the link basket w/ a extra slice of bread
I like brisket and ribs. I’ll eat bbq but it ain’t at the top of the list of my faves.

I always tell people if your shit needs sauce it’s basura

I used to sauce all my shit on the grill cuz thats how I watched them do it growing up

shit sounds absurd now.....i only sauce my ribs and the fam says they dont need it

If you not on a budget

Terry Black’s or Styles Switch are both up there

But when I just needed something quick at lunch I always hit Smokey Mo’s

I went to "The Original Black's" outside of New Braunfels (coming back to Austin from San Antonio) and it was decent. That Banana Pudding was some bullshit they were selling though. I looked at a bowl my homie got and just laughed at it. I'm used to the real deal Nana Puddin' my grandma used to (and showed me) make. The stuff where you make the custard from scratch and use egg white to make a meringue topping. If you like their Brisket, you will love Franklin's.

Supposedly one of the best up and coming BBQ spots in Austin is Leroy & Lewis Barbecue. They sell their food out of a food truck on 121 pickle road. I haven't gotten to try it out yet but it's definitely on my list to check out.

aha.....thats where spritz and a glaze come in at

I'll give you the run down for the no sauce ribs in the grillmasters lounge
Nah bruh. Dry rubs are cool but.....nah. No more than 1/2 a rack. The rest gotta have a sauce on it.

I will say nothing needs to be swimming in sauce like it was in the 90's. I brush a layer in the last 10-15mins of cooking so it get that sheen

No KCMO? No Memphis? No Houston or Dallas? No South Carolina? This list fraud.

some of the best Bbq I’ve had was Winners in Plano. Was hitting it up every weekend.
