Welcome To aBlackWeb

There was a meme that had that Pic of Leonardo Dicaprio from Once upon a time in Hollywood where he's pointing at the TV. And the captions were like "The Stork is Mephisto" ,"The rabbit is Mephisto","Dottie is Mephisto", "The kids are Mephisto", "Pietro is Mephisto". I laughed because that was me this season.

I think my favorite was the inverted crosses(swords) hinting at Mephisto being the big bad.
“they must be talking about Reed Richards”

“Ralph is nightmare/mephisto”

Superhero movies/shows hit a point around the time BVS came out where ppl went out their way to try and find Easter eggs that hinted at the plot, looked to find out plot details way in advance, etc

and it’s ruining (or dampening) the experience because it makes viewers expect something and makes them watch whatever they are watching but at the same time look past what’s going on to try and figure out what’s going to happen next.

You can’t get caught up in too many emergency awesome videos or articles because it will lessen what you’re watching and leave you more often than not, disappointed

That's why I only dabble in trying to figure out what's not obvious. You end up psyching yourself out. I have my wild guesses at times, but it's more enjoyable for me when I'm just watching and not trying to figure out what's coming.

that’s what made GOT so great though : the vast source material was a perfect speculation storm which was entertaining for years but we all ended up disappointed due to the lack of vision of the directors...

Marvel rode a similar wave but actually delivered with Infinity war and end game, they also have a ridiculous amount of source material that make the shows more compelling than when u just take shit at face value...

marvel knew what they were doing though - casted a damn X-men from the fox films lol - so of course people (including myself) are somewhat disappointed when shit turned out the way it did...

It's not speculation if your going of source material.

Mfers are really crying not because the shit wasnt good but cause their theories didnt come true. Lmaooo. Marvel got you.
It’s not all on the fans though. Some people went wild with their theories but when the actors are doing interviews saying stuff and you add a actor from another franchise playing the same character again. What did we expect?

Maybe its because I didnt watch a single video about wandavision and was just in here bullshittin with yall, but I enjoyed it.

Marvel definetly cock teased like a mfer.

And I was never reappy expecting the ending to tie any loose ends so that didnt bother me either.

I said in here around episode 7 or 8 how fucked up its gonna be that Marvel is gonna want to wait until 5 movies and 6 shows later to finally tie up all the loose ends.

So maybe my expectations were tempered. Either way, I just enjoyed it with zero outrage.

Not much more to be said at this point but the finale was kinda lackluster. The show overall was still great and I think the folks at marvel should be proud of what they were able to accomplish.

Sure agents of shield was their first mcu show technically but I didn't watch that shit. I think this is going to be the way for them forward to tell stories in between movies to flesh out things you can't go into more detail in an 3hr movie.

It also keeps you engaged with the stories because now you aren't waiting 2+yrs between the next installment in the series.

Now I got watch Anthony fucking Mackie ?
