yeah bruh. She made the wish to get Steve back, so she gradually started losing get powers. When she was getting hit by bullets, it was because she was refusing to give him up. Basically she was just as bad as the villains. She didn't wanna give up her wish.


But soon as she realized that's what she had to do, her bruises and scars started healing
 
Wig as dr Minerva/cheetah was real good. Only negative was her reasoning toward the end of the movie as comic cheetah hated her curse.

pedro pascal was awesome. In fact I didn’t have a problem with The actors only the fighting sequences took a huge step back.

Edit: actually shouldn’t have went with fish out of water part 2. Loved the Linda carter and invisible jet call backs
 
Minerva was amazing...

I like when op heroes have their weaknesses exposed. And given Diana's weakness figured out pretty early he was her weakness.... It made for a good movie to me.

Diana knew the way to save the world, but even she didn't want to do it. Her stubbornness to get her way showing off her literal princess syndrome and linking it back to her childhood was some dope story telling.

Both her and the villians were guilty of the same thing. And she was willing to give up her powers and almost let the world burn as a result.

The line was blurred, and that's for me what makes good comic movies.... I get that everybody ain't gonna like it, but I don't understand the moving sucking.

There was a lot that could have been better.... Overall though I was very happy with this entry. I'd put this as W for the DC universe

Still trying to understand how cheetah became cheetah I get how she got her powers ...its the cat thing thats confusing to me
 
Just finished it. I didn't think it was bad but it wasn't great. I thought Max Lord would be the comic version Max Lord with Purple Man from Marvel comic powers. They had the signature nose bleeds in the movie. I was expecting the Wonder Woman who breaks his neck and go full punisher on him. They dropped the ball with that.

TBH they could've left Max Lord out and stuck with Cheetah as the main big bad. Chick who played her did a good job. Wasn't enough action in this one more story telling. So I'm sure that's going to turn people off.

The opening scene was great. They could've saves 20min and cut the jewelry thief scene down that was overkill

I would give 2.5/5

Seemed like the Amazonians were going in and out of their accents in the beginning
I don't believe that jet at a museum would have fuel. Definitely don't believe they could make it across the world without refueling. Also the flying into the fireworks couldn't happen but looked cool so ?‍♂️

Her running with the truck as a shield was cool

The gold armor is awesome though. Reminds me of Valkyries. Should have had more scenes of that

Gal looks sexy even when she gets her ass kicked lol

max gave her a second wish, she wanted to be something different, something stronger, she wanted to be an apex predator, and the translated into cheetah..... It was a bit of a reach, but we knew it was coming ??‍♂️

Yeah that whole jet scene was turn off your brain and enjoy the movie.... It was fun to watch, but so far from realistic
