Ground beef and andouile sausage for home made chili. Grilled cheese sammiches with Jamaican jerk cheese and pepper jack cheese shit was good and spicy

I have always wanted to try andouille sausage. Can you describe the flavor? Whoa @Jamaican jerk cheese. I imagine it's pretty spicy?

It's smoky flavor kind of spicy gives any dish a kick it adds a mild spice to your dish. And yea that cheese was good you could really taste the jerk seasoning in the cheese. I got it from Kroger in the deli section. They have a island of specialty cheese and I saw it was like lemme try this out. I'll post a pick of the label

The brown rice had cilantro and lime juice. And the steak had some in the marinade with cumin.

The garnish lime wedge was unnecessary. Skipped the "fajitas" this time. Next time might be different

I made a mistake the first time i tried it and used it like the regular Tabasco....i almost died

Hamburger steak with gravy and mashed potatoes from scratch and rice didnt have enough potatoes. Oh yea and using that brand new big boy cast iron skillet shit is huge but you can do everything in it
