Obama explains what he did for black people

It's to break the craziness of what you are saying. Like talking to a piece of chalk. You don't understand the systems, and you don't have the facts to back up your assertions in this debate (and this thread is a debate).
He never gave Amy Cohen Barrett the judge position despite what everybody told him to do? Did I make that up? Did I make up him raising taxes on people who makes 75k or less? I mean...

that is not what i say.....

i said we need to not depend on them and limit our interactions with them so that we dont have to keep dealing with their racist system and forced assimilation.

case and point.

a black owned company wont tell a black women her braids are not appropriate.
nor will a black owned company skate pass a resume with the name sharkeisha.
a black owned company will also sympathize with black self expression.
a black owned company wont limit a black womans rise to the C-suite.

is it registering for you yet?

right now, they can act on their racist ideologies because they are the holding the hiring mechanisms and they dont have to try to understand and will most likely have the higher ups side with them on fuckery.

As hopeful as this is we still gotta remember people are people and solidarity through race isn't always going to happen. A few weeks ago there was a pretty large thread on twitter where Black women were responding to what it was like having another, usually older, Black woman as a superior or supervisor and the vast majority of them said the experience was negative and they often received negative comments on thigs such as their hair, clothing choices, names etc.... So having Black folks in positions of power doesn't always work out the way we would hope. Especially if the person in charge feels a threat to said power....

Nah that was for black people. Then white women got to benefit from it.
1961. President John F. Kennedy's Executive Order (E.O.) 10925 used affirmative action for the first time by instructing federal contractors to take "affirmative action to ensure that applicants are treated equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, or national origin." Created the Committee on Equal Employment Opportunity.

1965. President Lyndon B. Johnson issued E.O. 11246, requiring all government contractors and subcontractors to take affirmative action to expand job opportunities for minorities.

Minority isn't specific to Black ppl and you're right, women in particular, white weren't amended in until 1967

Only a matter of time before they brought King Sodomite on.....

It’s not clear whether Obama’s position has changed since then, but the American people have changed. Reparations are a major topic of debate leading to the 2020 elections. Obama would not get away as easily by avoiding the topic. Obama said: “I fear that reparations would be an excuse for some to say ‘we’ve paid our debt’ and to avoid the much harder work of enforcing our anti-discrimination laws in employment and housing; the much harder work of making sure that our schools are not separate and unequal; the much harder work of providing job training programs and rehabilitating young men coming out of prison every year; and the much harder work of lifting 37 million Americans of all races out of poverty. These challenges will not go away with reparations. So while I applaud and agree with the underlying sentiment of recognizing the continued legacy of slavery, I would prefer to focus on the issues that will directly address these problems — and building a consensus to do just that.” What have you ever heard Michelle or Barack Obama say about reparations? Economist Boyce Watkins threw out the question during an interview with economist Julianne Malveaux on the Black Financial Channel.

Malveaux recalls interviewing Obama in 2004 when he was still State Sen. Obama. She asked him about reparations. “He totally freaked out,” Malveaux told Watkins. “I’ll never forget it.”

In addition to a Ph.D. in economics from MIT, Malveaux is an author, social and political commentator, and businesswoman who served for five years as the 15th president of Bennett College for Women. Cornel West described Malveaux as “the most iconoclastic public intellectual in the country”.

Here’s more on Malveaux’s reparations interview with Obama:

“I was wearing my journalist’s hat,” Malveaux said. “He was a hot ticket. I’ll never forget it. When I asked about reparations he totally went off. He jumped off the chair. He said, ‘Turn off the microphone, we’re not recording this’. He did not even want to be in the same sentence, in the same room with reparations. Nope to the nope to the nope. Next thing the handler is gathering up their stuff and I’m like, ‘Dude can we at least close the interview up so I can say bye?’ So we did.”

That’s the problem. They say certain things to imply black while using words like minority and people of color. They had to institute this law in the first place because of obvious reasons.

Dude, that is NOT what Trump ran on. I said name five things Trump did that he wanted to do based on his 2016 campaign initiatives.

Dude, seriously.

And I’m telling you I never said or implied what you’re asking. So your question is irrelevant. Stop quoting me.

Bro, this is you below.

You said 'the things Trump wanted to get done, he got it done'. Are you now saying that wasn't you? Did I mis-quote you? Keep in mind that is a screenshot of your own words.

“We” like in a sea of a thousand non blacks a few tokens sure.

Because he was the president of the United States
and im saying ...go this hard for them all....we cant make obama the chosen one because we share skin color when the opposing skin colors will not want him helping us or even looking good at his job.

is trump held to the same standard as obeezy with what has he done for black people outside or adding pressure when its time to vote?

Well he did campaign for the black vote but then you’re telling me he shouldn’t do anything for black people.
