Shit must have really hit the fan yesterday over there.
Got woken up this morning by a cousin giving me the low down on what's going on.
Basically no one is exempt, however people in their early 30's and below are the main targets.
They use any excuse under the sun: short hair (for women), Dyed hair, tattoos, iPhone, nice clothes/footwear, jewellery, even height.. like too tall/short.
Anything that signifies that you're not dead broke makes people a target.
They forcibly take people to the ATM and demand their pin, so they can withdraw whatever amount (typically all that's in there).
