I don't agree with that. Women who are legit raped can have their lives messed up. If a dude legitimately rapes a chick and she wants to sue him, that should be allowed. I don't think taking away a potential form of restitution is the way to curb false allegations. I think consistent punishment for women who are shown to be liars is the better option.

Let's be real though. Dudes just savagely raping chicks and chicks 100% lying on dudes are extreme cases that are probably relatively infrequent. What's more common are situations that result from poor communication, bad decision making, or drug/alcohol use. In those cases, the situation and consequences are a lot murkier.
