I'm not into reits bit the real estate is going to slow and people are stacking. Those not aware are afraid now. This is a scary time to be without money and the last thing those type want is a huge responsibility.
There is no stability right now. People losing jobs.

All this is a crazy time to learn about money, savings and investment.

Unfortunately....The sad part is trust fund and life insurance beneficiary babies will make out. And I am willing to bet the black neighborhoods will be a target in this.

This is where and when we need them ball players snd entertainers and black business men to step up.

I'm ranting but I'm also right

Add to that....Even if you get a place can you cover it? Because people might not have rent Monet cuz they don't got jobs.

I bought American yesterday and sold it for almost 40% profit today. They announced the bail out was close and would have a ton of grants in it, and shit shot up.

Did you sell?

nope.....im holding this. im standing them mergering. but if they announce a bailout and then later a domestic shutdown.....i feel its going to drop more.

glad you got the profit.....got in and got out.

Yea. Saw it yesterday for around $10 and felt it couldnt get much lower.

I got lucky. Shit coulda kept going down. Didnt expect a news of grants would effect prices as much as they did.
 
real estate investment aint looking good for a few people...not all but some
hope yall who own property have enough to cover the expenses.

There will be more dips to come in the next couple of weeks i reckon if/when things get worse in the US. More chances to capitalize and even still, now is a good time to get in

im thinking trump going to say something else stupid or the governors over rule him and it goes back down.
 
@DOS_patos man I shoulda kept american until today. I sold it yesterday at 14 and change, its up to 16 and change today. I woulda been up 60%.

The senate stayed pump faking though so i couldnt trust the bill to pass and didnt want to risk being up 40%.

Other than american, all my purchases over the last few weeks are up about 5% today.

i just made a list of shit im about to buy. stole some shit off the buffet list.

im just not sure about today tho.
something dont feel right.

i just hate to lose out again...but i think im going to wait a couple days.

For long term I dont think you got to worry much cause the prices today are higher than two days ago but relatively that are still low as fuck.

Dont want to catch yourself miss out on good profit cause you wanted to max your profit.

With that said, I think stocks go back down before the end of the week so waiting aint bad.

But on top of with that said, I just dropped another stack on swppx right before I started writing this post. Shits up 10%, but seeing how the s and p is up today, itll go up again tomorrow.

im currently trying to piece together some travel stocks.

if the airlines get the money.......everyone else goes up too. hotels, uber and maybe cruises...but i think cruises is a separate thing.

Everything is low. You can't really go wrong short term. But long term you gotta do research. Some of the stocks that are cheap now CAN be long-term stocks.
