In their defense and like @Beta said they thought Morris was on deck but yeah even before that they werent utilizing him enough and constantly jerking him around with playing time

Luka being white has a little to do with it but imo its more due to the fact hes the new toy.
Im always almost on the its racism side of things too, but I seen the media do this with curry, westbrook, harden, and giannis the last few years till they got tired of them and moved to the next. Same thing will happen with Luke. Especially if Zion shows out.
There were a lot of people hating on Westbrook THAT season. 2017 wasn’t that long ago.

Either way man, idgaf about a Luka. I just dont really see this as him being white.
Him being white plays a part in it, just like Giannis' wild euro steps played a part in it. Its his thing. But its not mainly based on that.
Like i said, I usually see racism in everything, and Luka is gonna do great with the I enjoy college basketball more crowd, but in the general media and fans hes only getting blown out cause hes the new toy. Shit is getting annoying but shit is always annoying whoever that player is.
