I think masai has changed that trend. No reason with all the analytics and a whole farming system at their disposal that this shit needs to happen.
Its becoming the anomaly as opposed to the norm.
The entire draft is based on potential. There aren’t any can’t miss players. Situation and circumstances can dictate how well a player does as well.

Cause I never understood why a coach & gm who job on the line thought it made sense to draft a player who if they developed wouldn't be ready for about 3 years when they don't have 3 years to wait for those results.
