Yeah but bitch and nigga wasn't created by the people that use it as a term of endearment. Trannys were calling themselves trannys before people knew trannys were a sizeable sub culture of folks..people just used to call em faggots. So its kinda bullsbit for them to expect people to get that it's an offensive term.

Because there is good debt. Let's say you have enough money to pay off your house but you can make more from investing that same cash and if pay off your house you lose the tax benefits of the depreciation of the house and the loan. Companies will always have debt because they never pay all of their bills at once and in order to raise money they issue bonds. If you buy stock you are an owner if you buy bonds you are a creditor.

Bonds are good debt. If I want to raise 100 million but don't want to give up any more of the company(stock) I issue bonds.
