It seems like the bio dad didn’t give two fucks about said child.

If this man has stepped up and been a father to her, mom is married to him and he takes care of them all...why not?

It’s not something I would do but hey.

That question wasnt silly at all, you just looked too deep into it. She said shes constantly moving to make sure he doesnt know where she lives, so its a fair question to ask if she also has no contact with his family. At no point did I attach that much importance to a last name.

I mean, if that's the case, seems like the man wants to build with his child. If that's the case, this seems like 100% spite. Ain't no justification for this bullshit.

Y’all ain’t know this nigga was crazy af? Like why would a parent want to deal with a crazy person. If a man had full custody and the mom was crazy and he cut contact nobody would bat an eye. A crazy deadbeat gets his name removed and it’s an issue?

That's more of a false narrative that she's pushing to justify keeping him away from his child.


Basically, she's trying to make it seem like him trying to see his daughter is the equivalent of him "stalking" her family.

Because you said he didn't know him, I was under the impression that your father didn't have your grandfather's last name.


Totally missed the point you were trying to make.


Which, I'm assuming........is that it's not unusual for children to take their father's last name regardless of what kind of relationship.......or lack thereof........that they have with them.
