My mother was way worse: she feigned never noting that any of her long-gone male friends were orbiting around her more subtlely than her pursuers, even when she got married, and immediatly friendzoned them all way down to the bottom tip of the Earth the first second they tried to acquaitance with her before this expression was even a thing. She's into her sixties and convinced herself so well about how none of them had a crush on her she's still oblivious about it to this day. She brag every once and again about being a "chaste femme fatale" and "difficult woman" at her primes, and how many other women were agressively jealous of her marriage with my late father.
To me, what is even worse than mothers in couple who are still "monkey-branching" as says a slang expression, are mothers in couple who are still purposefully entertaining orbiters too gullible or thirsty enough to see through their machinations, with the sole intention to psychologically and symbolically both torment and emasculate them with perpetual "innocuous" cock-teasing and feigning not to discern their friendship is intended as a waiting room for the next step. It's cruel, diabolical and most above all hypocritical, because based upon my personal experience with a few like minded hookups (I nearly rendered mad enoigh to get them chasing me with no effort in the last days, don't worry: my honor get at last saved when I was no longer that gullible) , this type of woman - who are often religiously conservative hotties to a tee - likes snubbing both low-profile tramps and womanizers for their straigtforward methods in philandering and playing with their preyed conquests, when these same people at least are not teasing out their sex appeal and beauty past their holier-than-thou facades for puppeteering mens cock-aligned brains till the grave.
I am not a fan of the freudian tropes in psychanalysis, but I can't help to tell it was no wonder why every single male member of my fratry, and even my older cousins, used to wound up dating mostly but toxic women, holier-than-thou religious fanatics, narcopaths (neologism for manipulative "narcisstic sociopaths") , cock-teasers and troublemakers with issues while dating too (a pattern that was not exclusive amid their dating count... save, to an almost
absolute degree, when dating fellow black women) .
