I'm gonna go with the red pill. While I don't care that much about money, I can't deny that being rich give me and my family better opportunities and allow me to help others more.
There's no one I have a particularly strong desire to bring back.
Not being able to feel pain wouldn't really be a good thing. Pain is a warning that something is wrong.
Not being able to catch a disease would be cool. It might give me a longer life, but I'd prefer a greater shorter life over and average longer life.
