How to subscribe to a SoundCloud podcast ?
← FAQ
You can subscribe to SoundCloud podcasts by pasting the SoundCloud url into the app (ie: ) and it will be automatically converted into the matching public RSS feed. If the podcast owner doesn't publish episodes into the public RSS feed, the app won't be displaying any episode.
==========================================================
Sometimes it can be difficult to find a podcast RSS feed.
In that case, if all you have is the Souncloud Url, you won't be able to subscribe to the podcast in Podcast Addict, because the app only supports RSS feeds.
You can use the GetRssFeed.com website to retrieve the podcast public RSS feed url.
Just go into http://getrssfeed.com, paste the Soundcloud url of your choice (ie: https://soundcloud.com/shaneandfriends) and it will display the public RSS feed (ie: http://feeds.soundcloud.com/users/soundcloud:users:44683272/sounds.rss).
Now you just have to copy/paste this RSS feed url in Podcast Addict and you're done
I've never uploaded anything to sound cloud, I'd imagine when you upload there's a option or something asking if you want to upload to a public rss feed.So we gotta do that every time?

Or in the user account there may be a option to make the RSS feed public for everything you upload.
You should only have to upload it once.
